Best Business Outcomes (“BBO,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) is a marketing and lead-referral service that helps small businesses get matched with third-party funding, lending, and credit partners. This policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and — importantly — how we share it with the partners who may contact you about their products.
When you use our application, we collect the information you submit, which may include:
For purposes of the California CCPA/CPRA and similar state laws, the categories of personal information we collect are: identifiers (name, email, phone, postal address, IP address); commercial information (your funding request and products of interest); financial and account information (including bank-account data and, where required to complete an application, a Social Security number); internet or network activity (pages viewed and how you reached us); approximate geolocation derived from your IP address; professional or business information about your business; and inferences drawn to match you with partners. Several of these are treated as sensitive personal information.
When you visit our site we automatically collect device and usage data such as IP address, browser type, pages viewed, referring source, and the tracking parameters (for example, a “subid”) that identify how you reached us. We and our providers also generate consent-verification records (for example, TrustedForm or Jornaya certificates) that document your consent.
We use your information to:
This is the core of what we do. When you submit an application, you are asking us to match you with partners, so we share the information you provide with:
We do not sell your information for money. Some sharing described above may be considered a “sale” or “sharing” under certain state privacy laws; see Do not sell or share below.
By submitting your information and checking the consent box, you provide your prior express written consent for Best Business Outcomes and its marketing and lending partners to contact you at the phone number and email you provide — including by autodialed and pre-recorded calls and text messages — even if that number is on a state or federal Do-Not-Call list. Consent is not a condition of purchasing any goods or services. Message and data rates may apply. You can opt out of texts at any time by replying STOP, and unsubscribe from emails using the link in any message.
We use cookies and similar technologies to remember your session, measure performance, attribute traffic sources, and document consent. This includes third-party advertising and analytics technologies such as the Meta (Facebook) pixel and Google tracking tags, which help us and our partners measure campaigns and reach you with relevant offers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect how the application works.
We retain your information for as long as needed to provide our services, to comply with our legal and contractual obligations (including consent and transaction records), resolve disputes, and enforce our agreements, after which we delete or de-identify it. We retain records of your consent to be contacted (including consent-verification certificates) for at least four years, consistent with the federal Telephone Consumer Protection Act limitations period.
We use administrative, technical, and physical safeguards — including encryption in transit — designed to protect your information. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security.
Depending on where you live, you may have the right to:
To exercise any of these rights, contact us at privacy@bestbusinessoutcomes.com. We will verify your request before acting on it. Note that once information has been shared with a partner at your request, that partner controls the data it holds; you may need to contact them directly.
If you are a resident of California or another state that provides this right, you may direct us not to “sell” or “share” your personal information as those terms are defined by applicable law. Submit your request to privacy@bestbusinessoutcomes.com with the subject line “Do Not Sell or Share.” We also treat a Global Privacy Control (GPC) browser signal as a valid request to opt out of the sale or sharing of personal information.
We may update this policy from time to time; we will revise the “Last updated” date above and, where required, provide additional notice. This service is intended for U.S. businesses and is not directed to individuals under 18.
